Territory Consumer Lead (Dumaguete)

The Territory Consumer Lead (TCL) is part of the Marketing team, responsible for growing business in their territory by acquiring and retaining consumers. They focus on quality distribution and sales through a consumer-centric approach. They assess challenges and opportunities, collaborate with Field Sales, and develop strategies and programs to meet business goals and territory KPIs.

What you will do:

Strategy & Campaign Development:

Analyze data and market trends to identify challenges and opportunities.

Develop short-term and long-term strategic plans for JTI brands.

Ensure project approvals and coordinate with stakeholders for campaign activation.

Communicate campaign details to front-line staff.

Implementation:

Create and explain campaign mechanics to field sales.

Oversee deployment and execution of marketing activities.

Manage consumer acquisition campaigns and program resources.

Program Evaluation:

Regularly survey and ensure compliance with campaign standards.

Review campaign performance and address challenges promptly.

Monitor and evaluate program success.

Territory Leadership:

Support new product launches and develop bottom-up launch campaigns.

Create consumer campaigns for new opportunities.

Develop efficient routes to consumers and maintain the territory toolkit.

Resource Management:

Manage and deploy field marketing budget and materials.

Ensure strict control and compliance for program enablers.

Who are we looking for:

Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably of a Marketing / Business / Communications -

related courses

At least 2-3 years experience in Trade/Channel Marketing, Consumer Engagment or Marketing that includes on ground Field Marketing experience preferably from an FMCG, SMCG, Telco or Pharmaceutical industries

Language Skills: Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino)

Functional Skills:

Data Gathering, Insights and Analysis

Trade & Channel Development Strategy & Plan Formulation

Problem Solving

Project Management and Monitoring with understanding of sales operation and in-trade

execution

Presentation Skills

Evaluation

Budget Management

Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

Strong leadership skills

Strong understanding of program / campaign execution of control & compliance

High sense of ownership, accountability and entrepreneurial skills

Good understanding of digital tools

Outspoken/ability to generate and share ideas

Adaptable, flexible and open to change

Ability to analyze business situation and propose actionable solutions focusing

on consumer acquisition

Account management of non-traditional channels such as HRC, DSA and other
