Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop operating systems and applications.
Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions in Active Directory.
Provide L1/L2 end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Perform patch management, system updates, and security configurations.
Maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, encryption, and compliance policies.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of desktop systems with enterprise applications.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Assist in hardware/software rollouts, migrations, and upgrades. Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 / Exchange administration.
Knowledge of endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, etc.).
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work as a team player. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Windows Server administration knowledge.
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Batch).
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management).
Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft 365 Certified.
