Attractions Team Member

JOB PURPOSE: To be part of a team that oversees the daily operation of 1-2 Attractions locations per shift, taking into consideration: cash handling, attraction presentation, while understanding that Safety is always the primary concern for any Attractions Team Member.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Comply with all Six Flags policies & procedures, including grooming codes

Operate attractions in a safe, efficient, and responsible manner while complying with all operational duties set forth by the Standard Operating Procedures for each Attraction and the Operations General Training program.

Assist all guests while entering, using, and exiting the Attraction

Maintain an entertaining environment that keeps quality guest service the number one concern.

Perform any other duties appropriate to the area of responsibility as deemed necessary by the Attractions Supervisory staff &/or Management

Create a FUN & PROFESSIONAL environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 16years of age

Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, & weekends.

Must be able to speak effectively in the English language to individuals and/or large groups of people

Must be able to read and write the English language.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

Any and all other duties that is assigned or necessary in order to support the Revenue Department and the park as a whole. Requires occasional walking, reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling

Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 60 pounds

Requires occasional carries up to 100 pounds with the assistance of a two wheel hand truck

Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. This position requires occasional work in or around wetness, confined spaces-cramped quarters, heights, noise, detergents/chemicals, mechanical hazards, moving objects, fumes/odors, dust, mists, gases, or vibrations. The noise level is generally moderate.
