We are hiring 15 Plant Foremen / Senior Operators to lead production at a high-capacity diamond recovery plant in Angola. This is a frontline leadership role, ensuring throughput, compliance, and team performance in one of Africas most dynamic mining projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee plant operations to hit throughput and utilisation targets

Supervise teams, manage shifts, and enforce discipline

Interpret plant readings and adjust processes for maximum recovery

Support metallurgical test work and ensure quality compliance

Conduct audits, maintain housekeeping, and enforce safety standards

Provide training, coaching, and succession planning for plant personnel

Prepare and submit shift and production reports

Requirements:

5+ years experience in diamond mining, with strong DMS & recovery background

Proven ability to lead teams and maintain production discipline

Solid understanding of metallurgical best practices & MHSA compliance

(Bonus: 10+ years experience for senior-level operators)
