1.依據越南廠的發展方向與產能/人力需求 進行中 長期人才需求規劃 評估與因應 以符合工廠生產營運需要

2.規劃 統籌年度人力預算編列工作以滿足公司用人需求與管控用人費用

3.制定招募任用流程 制度與相關管理辦法以確保工作高效執行

4.開發多種招募管道以提高來源, 以滿足DL人力及IDL人才需要

5.推動校園招募長期合作專案以滿足公司人力需求

6.管理與指導招募團隊 以達成部門任務目標

7.推動雇主品牌形象塑造 以吸引人才與提高留任
