Tech/ Ops - Techno Functional- CSR

CSR specialist will manage the CSR and sustainability activities in conjunction with GSC and GTS Teams. To play the lead role in driving the CSR agenda within GSC/GTS. S/he will manage the day-to-day activities of CSR and Sustainable IT for Paris and GSC (as applicable)

Should be aware of Sustainable Innovation practices, ESG guidelines & Carbon Footprint reduction

To coordinate with Global GTS and SocGen management, CSR ambassadors and staff to ensure all stakeholders are in sync on the ongoing CSR and sustainability projects

Encourage the spirit of adopting Green IT solutions in the GTS projects.

Should provide information on the nature, scope, and status of CSR projects- qualitative/quantitative business outcomes gained by the realization of Green-IT projects and share it with the all key stakeholders periodically.

To be responsible for managing the portfolio of ongoing & planned CSR PoC projects, as well as co-ordination and managing the work with multiple Sustainable IT/CSR SPOC’s across various business units to drive sustainable IT initiatives and projects.

Follow leading agile and development techniques to ensure maximum throughput with extended teams of TSI/OPM teams. To be instrumental in undertaking regular reviews of the CSR activities and green initiatives success and adapt plans as appropriate to ensure the strategic and tactical goals defined for GTS are met.

Coordinate with all the CSR/Sustainable IT champions across various business units to track their progress and also make sure that they are aligned with the group’s mission.

To work with stakeholders like Green IT solution providers, CSR IT product vendors, open-source communities to oversee and track all the CSR/Sustainable IT activities/events happening across various business units for Global and GSC.

The CSR specialist role will also ensure the following:

Masters globally the Group's stakes and GCOO strategy as well as the activities of other departments and is able to encapsulate his/her operational Roadmap into a consistent storytelling to boost the team's commitment.

Cascades impactful messages and checks the team's adhesion. Grows and supports staff members.

Rolls out / explains the risk culture and checks staff comply with it in their daily activity. Ensures his/her team members have the necessary knowledge to operate with autonomy while being aware of risks.

Stands by his point of view with his managers and endorses the Group's decisions vis-à-vis his/her team.

Abides by the rules and the framework and guarantees compliance within his/her scope and actively tracks costs.

Establishes a culture of responsibility, trust and exemplarity and abides by them in one's daily demeanor

Communicates clearly on expected behaviors & targets (ESG, work life balance, speak up, inclusion).

Checks well being of the staff, sees to granting autonomy, and raises alerts.

Undertake regular reviews of the team’s success and adapt plans as appropriate to ensure the strategic and tactical goals defined for CSR/Sustainable IT are met.
