Solar Installation Helper

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Solar Installation Helper to join our Installation team.

Responsibilities:

Assist solar electricians with wiring, conduit runs, and panel terminations

Pull wire, label circuits, and support inverter and disconnect installations

Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe

Traveling to customer locations across the New York City metropolitan area

Follow instructions from foreman supervisors

Help with system testing and troubleshooting

Maintain safety standards and use proper PPE at all times

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of electrical tools and safety practices

Previous construction, solar, or electrical experience preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on rooftops or ladders

Willingness to learn and take direction

Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus

OSHA 10 certification is a plus

Compensation:

$150.00 per workday or $8.00 per installed panel, whichever is the higher amount per day
