Job Title: Lab Technician/cGMP Cleaner - Third Shift

Duration: 12 months

Location: Fredrick, MD 21704

Hours: 5x8 hours days 10:30pm - 7:00am (mandatory 1 weekend day a week)

Training hours: 1st three weeks Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

100% Onsite role at Frederick, MD

Responsibilities

• Performs sanitary cleaning activities per SOPs and Manager/Supervisor direction

• Sterile and non-sterile stocking, staging, and FIFO shifting of garments

• Maintains accurate and complete records

• Completes all required training per SOPs and policies

• Maintains cleaning supply inventory; ensures stock is not depleted

• Reviews and signs documentation

• Provides accurate support to other departments as needed

• Follows all safety, state, and federal regulations

• Performs other assigned tasks/duties

• Embraces the QUALITY culture

Basic Requirements

• AA Degree OR High School Degree with 1+ years of operations/pharma/biotech/manufacturing experience

Physical Environment and Physical Requirements

• Physically able to wear cleanroom/protective gowning and PPE including goggles, face shields, gloves

• Able to wear a respirator when using certain cleaning chemicals

• Perform tasks in ISO Class clean rooms

• Occasionally lift/move up to 40 pounds

• Squat, bend, kneel, reach for 80% of a shift

• Stand, walk, move for 80% of a shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Clean Room sanitization or cGMP operational experience a plus

• 15% documentation

• 10% other duties as assigned
