Staff Engineer

Job Title: Staff Engineer Job Description We are seeking an entry-level or early-career Staff Engineer with 1-2 years of experience.

This role involves working closely with our sales team, performing design analysis, meeting design requirements, and engaging in structural design.

The position offers a dynamic workday where you will wear multiple hats and experience varied daily tasks.

You will primarily work in an office setting, seated in a cubicle.

Responsibilities * Collaborate with the sales team to integrate design analysis into projects.

* Conduct and evaluate design requirements for various structural designs.

* Engage in structural engineering tasks and projects as needed.

* Adapt to different roles and responsibilities as required by daily tasks.

Essential Skills * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

* Proficiency in Civil 3D and structural engineering principles.

* Possession of FE/EIT license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications * Motivation to pursue a PE license.

* Completion of additional structural engineering courses.

* New graduates and interns graduating at the end of the year are welcome.

* Proficiency with MATLAB.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.
