The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Graphic Designer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in New York, NY 10001 . Details for the position are as follows:

Job Title: Graphic Designer – Beauty/Fragrance Industry

Duration: 4-month assignment (maternity leave coverage)

Location: Hybrid in NYC 10001

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $44.00 - $64.00 / HR W2 based on experience! Job Description:

This Graphic Designer will operate within an in-house creative team that functions like an agency, working alongside two Creative Directors to support global innovation launches across multiple beauty brands. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and confident in managing design deliverables from concept to final file release. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Provide design and art direction for innovation projects, including e-commerce, merchandising, and social media assets

Execute layout designs, handle project files, and ensure marketing-ready assets (DMIs) are delivered per brand guidelines

Manage project timelines and work through all creative phases

Collaborate with outside partners on post-production timelines for still and video assets

Contribute to creative ideation and research for three major beauty brands

Ensure design consistency and quality while supporting the global rollout of new product initiatives What We’re Looking For:

Experience with global brands and working across multiple markets

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and FIGMA

Previous experience in the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industries

A strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and ability to build complete, cohesive assets

Excellent layout and production skills, with strong attention to detail

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in the beauty/fragrance/fashion industry as a graphic designer

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and FIGMA

Passion for the beauty/fashion aesthetic with an eye for detail and brand storytelling

Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines

Strong understanding of production processes, especially for packaging and digital assets

Portfolio required with application
