The Project Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of our B&W products within the residential and hospitality project markets and deliver annual sales targets . This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with project developers, designers, architects, and owners & dealers, identifying project opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
Focus on building the pipeline and delivering annual sales targets. Representing the brand at networking events & Marketing activities. The main position tasks are as following;
Business Development
Identify and qualify new project opportunities in residential and hospitality.
Prospect and generate leads by using project databases, own network
Book meetings with project developers, designers, and architects
Update Salesforce with relevant KPIs
Identify dealers to close “white spots” throughout the country and get better market coverage
Key Account Management
Managing existing partners base and grow incremental revenues by taking bigger share of their pipeline
Product Presentation and Trainings for their staff
Facilitate visits to plant/ showrooms if required
Regular visits and first point of contact
Set clear Key Account Plan
Sales Process Management
Follow from offer to order to delivery & installation
Specifications & Pricing for projects
Preparation of presentations
Follow up and finalization
Product Demo/ Mock Up
Delivery management with SCM team & slot time verification
Market Monitoring
Monitor competitive market situation – win/loss – reasons behind & report to Product Management
Monitor news on building industry and be up to date with trends
Marketing Strategy Support
Deliver input to Marketing on relevant touchpoints (events, networking etc) for the brand to participate in
Participate on events/ networking activities and represent the brand
Support Marketing team in preparations and setup
