Location: Boca Raton, FL (must live within 20 miles / 30 minutes of the office (in-office position)
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
Handle billing questions, claims, policy changes, and general inquiries
Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
Stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced office environmentRequirements:
Must have an active FL 2-20 or 4-40 license
Must be able to commute to the office
Prior customer service and property/casualty experience preferred
Bilingual skills a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Able to multitask and learn computer systems quickly
Committed to providing exceptional customer service
