Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis.

Extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation.

Experience in design, coding, and testing within the Guidewire PolicyCenter framework.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of 10 members.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record of successful project delivery in similar roles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to ensure project milestones are met.

Oversee the design, coding, and testing phases of the project.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
