Job Description
The Superintendent - Mission Critical Projects NoVA will be responsible for:
Leading day-to-day onsite construction activities for projects valued between $5M-$40M+
Overseeing multiple active job sites when needed
Managing and mentoring all field teams, subcontractors, and trade partners
Ensuring timely, on-budget, and spec-compliant project execution
Promoting a strong culture of safety and ensuring full site compliance
Collaborating closely with Project Managers and regional leadership
Maintaining project schedules and documentation using MS Project

The Successful Applicant
The Superintendent - Mission Critical Projects NoVA will have:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in field supervision within construction
High-level Assistant Superintendents are encouraged to apply
Solid experience working with General Contractors, preferably mid-sized firms
Candidates from larger firms who thrive in smaller team environments are welcome
Strong preference for Mission Critical project experience; MEP-heavy GC backgrounds also considered (no MEP specialty contractors)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project scheduling software
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Based locally in the Northern Virginia area, with occasional travel possible but focused on long-term local work
What's on Offer
The Superintendent - Mission Critical Projects NoVA will receive:
Base Salary ranging from $120K to $175K, based on project experience
Two annual bonuses (April and November) ranging from 9% to 15%
Up to three salary reviews per year for potential raises
Vehicle benefit: $850 monthly allowance or company-provided vehicle
