Job Description

Analyze stakeholder needs, lead workshops, and create clear, agreed-upon documentation of business and technical requirements.

Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to align requirements with effective technology solutions.

Contribute to business architecture and solution design to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Support delivery of strategic roadmaps, track risks and dependencies, and keep project managers informed on progress.

Ensure services meet evolving business needs and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Must Haves:

10+ YOE as a Business Analyst in Financial Services

Low latency fixed income experience

Agile, JIRA

Plusses:

Undferstanding of post-trade and credit trading
