A bit about us:
We are conducting a search for an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join a prestigious Philadelphia law firm with an expanding Trusts & Estates practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in trusts and estates law and a demonstrated history of managing Pennsylvania and New Jersey estate administrations.
Interested candidates should have experience with the following:
Handling Pennsylvania and New Jersey state administrations from start to finish
Completing probate filings
Identifying and collecting assets and debts
Preparing and filing federal and state death tax returns
Preparing fiduciary income tax returns
Keeping track of estate deadlines and ensuring efficient administration of estates
Preparing correspondence to clients, investment advisors, and other professionals
Handling Surrogate Court Filings
Notarizing (notary license preferred but not required)
