Job Description:

Manage project schedules for marketing campaigns and projects within the Envolve OnStar queue.

Oversee agency resources to align with business objectives, ensuring quality and timely delivery of critical products and services.

Develop and implement quality metrics, guidelines, and process improvements that integrate with other functional areas.

Track and manage budgets for agency partners, reporting monthly for Envolve's marketing efforts.

Communicate with agency partners to establish timelines and objectives that meet business needs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain momentum for commercial software products while becoming a subject matter expert on branding and marketing processes.

Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of agency experience.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including interfacing with clients, agencies, and stakeholders.

Strong experience managing marketing and advertising projects, tracking budgets, and adapting to evolving priorities.

Proficiency in risk management strategies, project management tools, and contingency planning.

Business/industry knowledge with a proven ability to implement project management solutions across various environments.
