Position Overview

The Traveling Superintendent will oversee construction projects across various locations, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple tasks and teams while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise construction operations and schedules for various projects.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Manage budgets and maintain project documentation.

Conduct site inspections to assess work quality and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, MEP systems, and drywall installation.

Ability to travel frequently to project sites across different locations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Experience in healthcare construction is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
