Must have COS or enroll in certification course within 30 days of date of hire.
Must enroll in the following certification courses within 90 days of hire:
HCCP
SCHM
TaCCsResponsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the property
Supervise and lead on-site team members
Handle marketing, leasing, and resident relations
Collect rent and manage delinquencies
Conduct regular inspections and ensure property standards
Oversee vendor contracts, purchasing, and invoice approvals
Manage recertification processes and compliance
Address resident concerns professionally and promptly
Other duties as assignedRequirements
Fluent in Spanish
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Community Manager
HUD/Section 8 and Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is required
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Problem-solver with innovative thinking
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with RealPage OneSite (preferred)
ARM certification is a plus
