Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead a safety-first culture and enforce safe work practices

Supervise a small, skilled technical team

Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for process issues in manufacturing, inspection, and testing

Coordinate project deliverables with internal and external stakeholders

Develop operating procedures, improve processing techniques, and introduce new process equipment

Oversee shop scheduling and priorities for engineering staff

Use data to enhance foundry process understanding and control

Execute process development, materials testing, and internal/external engineering projects in a multi-disciplinary environment

Mentor and train less experienced personnel

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in engineering

5-7 years of relevant experience

Knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and materials engineering

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Proficiency in MS Office, engineering modeling, and statistical tools
