Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $18.75/hr.

Essential tasks:

Process customer orders, prepare quotations, invoices, and shipping documents while ensuring accurate deliveries and timely updates on pricing, availability, and schedules.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email; research product needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Support inventory control by preparing reports, updating records, and coordinating with warehouses and procurement to resolve backorders.

Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the company database, ensuring smooth communication across sales, management, logistics, and accounting teams.

Assist with collections for delinquent accounts and support sales and marketing activities as needed.

Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and external partners.

Qualifications: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Prior experience in customer service and knowledge of automotive parts manufacturing preferred.
