SWP Contracting and Paving, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Finish Blade Operator** to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe operation of a finish blade for earthwork, grading, and finish grading on commercial and civil construction sites.

**Responsibilities and Duties:** + Safe operation of heavy construction equipment.

+ Drive, maneuver, or control the heavy machinery used to construct roads and other structures.

+ Follow rules, regulations, procedures, policies, and instructions.

+ Perform other related duties as required.

+ Inspect and maintain motor grader/blade **Qualifications:** + A valid driver's license with a clean driving record + Operate construction heavy equipment + Previous experience with grade control systems + Heavy/highway construction experience + GPS experience is a plus **How We Value Our Team Members:** + Our **benefits are outstanding** and include medical, dental, vision, and 401k match options.
