About Our Client

We are a well-established commercial general contractor local to South Florida, specializing in high-end restaurant, hospitality, and clubhouse projects across the U.S. Our reputation is built on delivering complex projects with precision, on time and on budget. Due to strong client demand and a growing project pipeline, we're looking for an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our team.

Job Description

Lead on-site construction activities for restaurants, hospitality venues, and clubhouse builds

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades

Maintain project schedules, update progress reports, and track milestones

Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance

Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project alignment

Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to plans and specifications

Manage inspections and ensure timely project closeout and turnover

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience in restaurant, hospitality, or clubhouse construction

Proven track record of managing multiple projects and crews across diverse geographic locations

Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in construction management software (Procore preferred)

Willingness to travel extensively (travel provided and per diem included)
