Coterra is hiring a Land Manager in Tulsa, Oklahoma JOB SUMMARY As the Land Manager for Coterra, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for all surface and subsurface land functions, ensuring alignment with drilling, completions, and production activities.

You will be responsible for directing lease acquisition, title and curative work, surface use negotiations, and regulatory compliance to support ongoing operations and long-term development.

The Land Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community representatives to optimize land assets, minimize operational risk, and maximize value creation.

This position is located in our Tulsa, Oklahoma office and will report to the Anadarko Business Unit General Manager.
