Roles and Responsibilities:
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on developing case strategies.
Manage a caseload with strong organization and attention to deadlines.
Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar.
0-3 years of attorney experience, preferably in litigation or plaintiff's representation.
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus but not required.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
