$43,000-$50,000 Total Compensation Pathway to General Manager
We're looking for a Lead Manager to take on a key leadership role within our fast-casual restaurant team. This position is designed for someone looking to grow into a General Manager role and make a meaningful impact through hands-on leadership and team development.
As a Lead Manager, you'll play a critical role in day-to-day operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction. You'll work side-by-side with your team, leading by example, driving results, and creating a positive, high-performing environment.

What You'll Do
Lead and Inspire
Motivate the team to deliver consistent guest delight
Create a positive culture through recognition, support, and accountability
Set clear expectations and lead with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Foster open, respectful communication throughout the team
Be present and lead by example in all areas of operations
Train and Develop Team Members
Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members to perform at a high level
Conduct pre shift meetings and motivate the team
Help build and retain a strong, capable team
Run shifts while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and service standards
Promote continuous learning and internal development
Drive Operational Results
Support execution of store goals and business plans
Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
Achieve top scores on secret shops, safety audits, and guest feedback
Ensure consistency and compliance with company systems, processes, and standards
Collaborate with fellow leaders to improve performance
What We're Looking For
18 years or older
Flexible full time availability, including weekends
A hands-on leader with strong people and communication skills
Positive, high-energy mindset and strong work ethic
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Passion for great service and team development in a fast-paced setting
