Your Role - What You'll Do

As an Investments & Trading Intern, you will participate in a rotational program across our Investments and Trading teams. This role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on knowledge and exposure to a variety of areas including trade reconciliation, trade execution, and portfolio management. You will also work with our teams on daily tasks and special projects.

At Mariner, your growth matters. Through your internship, you will:

Gain firsthand experience in how our teams manage client portfolio and execute trades by observing traders and portfolio managers.

Contribute ideas during team discussions on improving processes and workflows

Support portfolio management activities, including account maintenance and cash management processes.

Assist with model analysis, data entry, and troubleshooting system issues

Collaborate with team members on special projects and trading initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an expected graduation date within 12 months of the start of the internship (internship starts in May 2026).

Demonstrated leadership experience through work or extra-curricular activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing a degree in wealth Management, Investments, Finance, or a related field.

Interest in pursuing a career in Investment Management and/or Trading.

Internship Eligibility:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship needs.

Physical Demands/Requirements:

Our compensation reflects the cost of talent across multiple US geographic markets. The hourly pay for this position is $24 per hour.
