Responsibilities * Must possess a high school diploma or GED * Bachelors Degree (preferred in Business or Healthcare-related field). Associates Degree will be considered with applicable work experience.
* Proficient with building and utilizing Excel databses for analysis, reports and presentations.
* Experience in research and analytic statistical methods.
* Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize the following: Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Epic and Performance Manager/NetLearning.
* Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers (verbal and written).
