THE JOB: At Stalla, our fine dining Italian restaurant, every dish tells a story of tradition, passion, and flavor.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.55 an hour THE SCHEDULE: Swing Shift Full Time 1:00pm - 11:00pm (scheduled in 8-hour increments) Off: Wednesday & Thursday Stalla Restaurant Overview THE DAY-TO-DAY: * Apply solid culinary techniques and maintain strong knowledge of food products * Safely identify and operate kitchen equipment to prepare dishes with consistency and care * Restock kitchen supplies and food items to ensure readiness for service * Properly label and date products, following all sanitation and safekeeping standards * Execute detailed plate presentations with attention to authenticity and quality * Assist kitchen leadership and teammates during service to maintain smooth operations * Prepare and maintain solid knowledge of base sauces, stocks, and soups * Work collaboratively to meet guest needs and support the team THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: * Brings creativity, precision, and pride to every plate * Provides excellent customer service and contributes to an elevated guest experience * Stays adaptable and quick on their feet while maintaining a calm, professional presence * Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays THE PERKS & BENEFITS: * Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally * Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
