The Opportunity

HKA seeks a motivated and driven Associate to join our Construction Claims team. This essential role involves data analysis, delay analysis, and damage quantification on large construction projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, or a relevant discipline.

Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with Client Relationship Management and excellent communication skills.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Microsoft Access, SQL, SAS, or other database management software is a plus exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and "big picture" thinking

Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines while working on multiple projects

Ability to problem-solve independently as well as thrive in an active team environment

Preferred but not required: Familiarity with project control scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
