Salary:

Engage in daily outbound calls to build relationships and offer real estate solutions.
Convert qualified leads into signed contracts by guiding distressed homeowners through the selling process.
Manage and follow up on leads consistently, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and contract progress.
Achieve individual and team sales targets, maintaining high productivity and accountability.Qualifications:
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a high-pressure environment.
Proven track record in achieving sales goals and handling challenging situations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-motivated, independent, and results oriented.
Ability to embrace change and tackle new challenges.
Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
