A well-established law firm with offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Orange County, CA is seeking an experienced Attorney/Litigator or Associate to join their team. The firm represents secured creditors, investors, and property owners, and will place a qualified candidate in either their San Rafael or Orange County office.

The ideal candidate is an experienced litigator capable of handling real estate litigation matters, including eviction, landlord-tenant, and lender defense cases from start to finish. A successful candidate should demonstrate:

A minimum of three years' experience handling general litigation, landlord-tenant, or lender defense litigation from start to trial

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of California Civil Procedures; optional knowledge of current state and federal laws governing evictions and lender foreclosures, as well as local regulations, is a plus
