LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT

Eagle Rock Real Estate Company is hiring a licensed real estate agent to join our team. All inquiries will be held strictly confidential. As a real estate agent at Eagle Rock Real Estate Co you will be responsible for assisting clients in selling and buying homes and land at Eagle Rock and the surrounding areas. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, build client relationships, and facilitate successful real estate transactions.

We offer plenty of floor time, a private office, and company advertising in New York and New Jersey. Our realtors are part of two multi list services and have access to the resort amenities. We have a new extremely competitive commission schedule.

Key Responsibilities:-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

-Communicate and update clients regarding properties

-Create strong property listings, and high-quality photos

-Utilize various marketing channels such as online listings, and social media

-Arrange property showings and conduct tours

-Represent clients during negotiations and adhere to all relevant laws, and regulations

Qualifications:Valid real estate license in PA

Proven experience as a real estate agent

Familiarity with real estate contracts and legal documents

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
