Pay: $30-$37/hr

Position Overview

We were founded in 1980 in Troy, OH. We are a stable and growing manufacturing company that specializes in specialty coatings for a variety of industries. Due to growth and demand for our services we are looking for a maintenance technician to join our second shift team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and systems. Your expertise will help maintain production efficiency and uphold our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues as they arise

Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance problems

Assist in the setup and modification of equipment for production needs

Qualifications

Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of pneumatic systems and troubleshooting techniques
