ProLogistix is currently hiring Standup Forklift Operators for our Distribution Center client in Ladson. This is a career opportunity inside a new warehouse supporting retail stores throughout the Charleston area. You will be working in a production-style warehouse where product is received and shipped out all in the same day. The warehouse is clean, organized, and the product is not heavy...this is a GREAT JOB!

Pay: $18.00 /hr to start, $21.00 /hr if hired on full time (320 hours depending on punctuality and performance).

Evening Shift: 7:00 pm - 5:30 am Wednesday - Saturday

Job Duties as a Standup Forklift Operator for ProLogistix:

Operate standup forklifts to move product on and off trucks and around warehouse. Load into racking as needed.

Assist with unloading containers by hand, repalletizing products, and loading into warehouse racks or trucks. Will be unloading by hand 50% of the time.

Willing to work in any area of the warehouse to keep production moving...must be flexible!

Work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements for Standup Forklift Operator:

Lifting requirement is 50 pounds

Must have experience on standup forklift

Will be working in a warehouse environment - hot/cold/humid

Stand for 8-10 hrs. /day

May stay late or work on weekends to complete product shipments for the day

Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet production demand

Crown Standup Forklift preferred
