Job Title: Equipment Information Enrichment Technician

Location: Mansfield, La

Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday (or as assigned)

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Equipment Information Enrichment Technician to join a growing team. This role is responsible for collecting, organizing, and enriching data related to facility equipment (tanks, generators, separators, desiccant dryers, heaters, chemical pumps, coolers, amine towers, ultrafabs, combustors, etc.). The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a comprehensive dataset within SAP, supporting maintenance planning and broader business unit goals.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and compile equipment data from manuals, specifications, maintenance records, vendor documentation, equipment crews, and on-site discovery

Input and maintain accurate equipment records in SAP

Standardize and normalize equipment data for consistency and usability

Enrich datasets by researching and adding supplementary technical details (performance history, maintenance requirements, specifications, etc.)

Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to gather and validate equipment data

Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in data

Develop and implement data quality control procedures

Create and maintain documentation for data collection and data management processes

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the equipment information management system

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (minimum); college coursework preferred

0–5 years of related work experience in equipment data, maintenance, or technical documentation

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent data entry and database management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong data management tool usage

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with industry standards for equipment data

Experience with oil & gas facility equipment preferred

Certifications & Requirements

Completion of IADC RigPass, SafeLand, or Expand Energy-approved equivalent orientation required
