Pool Maintenance Tech

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine pool cleaning and maintenance services, inspecting and troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for all clients. This is a direct hire position offering full-time hours and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular pool cleaning, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming

Inspect pool systems and equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.) and identify any issues or required maintenance

Complete and document each service call accurately and thoroughly

Assist with or complete minor repairs as needed

Perform sand changes and other maintenance tasks

Monitor and manage supplies required for each job, ensuring all materials are stocked and available

Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize long-term equipment issues

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

Prior experience in pool maintenance or a mechanical/technical field preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Must be able to work in outdoor environments and lift/move equipment as needed

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Schedule & Compensation:

Start time: 7:00 AM

Expect to work 40+ hours per week, with occasional weekend shifts
