Our Civil Engineering group provides design services to state, county, city, and other public agency clients as well as public and private institutions, campuses, private developers, and non-profit organizations. As a Single Family Residential Land Development Engineer, your role would be to manage single family residential land development projects from preliminary zoning through construction, train and manage engineers to design and model single-family subdivision plans, provide Quality Control review of drawings and storm water management modeling in order to sign and seal plans and submit for approvals, assist client with permitting submittals, attend planning and zoning meetings as necessary, manage project schedules and budgets internally, as well as assist the client in doing the same.

Willingness to work additional time as required to meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Must be a P.E.

5+ years of experience

Proficient in Civil 3D

Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States and authorized to work on a full-time basis. No visa sponsorship available at this time.
