QA Technician

Quality Technician - Keep Excellence in Check!

Are you passionate about precision, detail, and delivering excellence? We're looking for a Quality Technician who thrives on maintaining high standards and ensuring every product meets or exceeds expectations. In this role, you'll be the eyes and ears of quality assurance-inspecting, testing, and documenting to guarantee top-tier output.

What You'll Do:

Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products

Use measurement tools and testing equipment to verify product quality

Document findings, maintain records, and report non-conformances

Work closely with production and engineering teams to solve quality issues

Support continuous improvement initiatives and audit processes

What You Bring:

A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability

Familiarity with quality tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.)

Understanding of ISO, GMP, or other industry standards

Problem-solving mindset and solid communication skills

Technical diploma or relevant experience in quality or manufacturing

12 hour rotating Shift (2-2-3) 5:45-6:00

Week 1 = Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat

Week 2 = Sun, Wed, Thur

Week 1 = 49 hours

Week 2 = 36.75 hours
