Job Description:
Time Involvement/Compensation
Full-time position averaging 40 + hours/week
Salary determined at a fair/competitive rate
Vacation commensurate with C&MA policy for years of service

Housing allowance II. III. IV. V. VI.
Youth Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all Youth Ministries (5th - 12th grade)
Weekly Youth Group meetings
Teach or Oversee Sunday School Classes Identify and develop teen leaders
Initiate Discipleship opportunities for youth
Build relationships with young people and their families.
Coordinate all retreats (i.e. Life Conference)
Identify and Develop Adult Leadership for Next Generation Ministries
Develop our own training
OR Find Training for them to attend OR
Bring outside trainers to CAC for continuing education
Curriculum Research
Find an appropriate curriculum for each level of Next Generation Ministry that aligns with C&MA doctrine
Innovate and initiate ministry opportunities for the college/young adult age group (i.e.18 30)
Preach when called upon
Assist the Lead Pastor with the overall ministry when possible
Accountable directly to the Lead Pastor and to the Elders through the Pastor
