Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Creekside Village/Ravenwood -

Creekside Village is now seeking a part-time Maintenance Tech. The successful candidate will have well-rounded experience with providing maintenance in a building.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Tech:

Assist the maintenance staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.

Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.).

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Maintenance Tech:

One Year of Maintenance Experience

Skills in carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing

Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety

Valid driver's license
