OSINT Governance Support Analyst

Location: Washington, DC metro area (On-site)

Praescient Analytics is seeking a highly motivated OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) Governance Support Analyst to support interagency governance activities for the Intelligence Community (IC). This role involves administrative and substantive support to the National Open Source Committee (NOSC) and its Subcommittees, helping to coordinate, document, and manage efforts that shape the future of open source intelligence policy, tradecraft, and strategy across the IC.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a key support resource to NOSC and Subcommittee leadership, including the Subcommittee Chair

Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings, capturing minutes, key decisions, and action items

Draft, coordinate, and track Subcommittee deliverables and recommendations

Maintain tracking systems for project timelines and interagency coordination

Occasionally step in to assist with Chair-level responsibilities in their absence

Support OSINT managers across the IC with policy alignment, requirements coordination, and governance tasks

Required Qualifications:

Full-Scope Polygraph (FS Poly) clearance

Minimum 2 years supporting IC OSINT strategy, policy, or governance

2+ years of experience in interagency coordination or working group support

1+ year of experience supporting collaboration across IC stakeholders

Familiarity with OSINT collection management, data sharing policy, and tradecraft
