Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Project Analyst - HR Transformation to join their team. As a Senior Project Analyst, you will be part of the Human Resources Organization supporting the Enterprise Workforce Management Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Project Analyst - HR Transformation

Location: Tampa FL (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Pay Range: $55-$60/hr W2 (no CTC)

What's the Job?

Coordinate and disseminate information on process, policy, and procedure changes to ensure successful project completion.

Create and manage project plans, including benefits management, stakeholder management, and issue logs.

Monitor performance across multiple projects and implement PMO standards for reporting and closure processes.

Support change management processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with teams to ensure deliverables meet the defined scope and success criteria.

What's Needed?

5-8 years of progressive program/project management, consulting, or technology experience.

3+ years of experience using MS Project to manage large and complex projects.

Strong business knowledge and understanding of core processes within financial institutions.

Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve problems creatively.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
