Blu Omega is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive programmatic, financial, and administrative support for ARPA-H Mission Offices. This role is ideal for someone with SETA experience in a high-impact government research environment, strong financial acumen, and exceptional multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum program support, including:
Financial tracking, analysis, and reporting
Budget preparation and management of project-specific budgets
Monitoring variances and implementing corrective actions to ensure financial sustainability
Solicitation preparation and management
Tracking deliverables, milestones, schedules, and calendars
Coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records
Support acquisition activities and ensure compliance with federal regulations
Deliver timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders
Assist with briefing materials and general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and federal regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Demonstrated experience in:
Developing, organizing, forecasting, and maintaining budgetsCreating and coordinating budget and acquisition funding documents
Tracking technical and financial milestones
SETA experience supporting a government research agency (e.g., APRA-H, DARPA, ONR, R&E, AFRL); preference given to ARPA experience
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Nice to Have:
Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA)
Salary Range: $90,000K -$170,000K
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
