Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Senior / Audit Associate to join our dynamic team in Pittsburgh. This hybrid position involves working both remotely and on-site, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to our auditing processes while maintaining a work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and financial reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Perform audits of financial statements in accordance with regulatory guidelines

Prepare and review audit work papers and supporting documentation

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

Supervise and mentor junior staff members during audit engagements

Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and management

Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and risks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in auditing

CPA certification preferred

Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
