You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our communication efforts align with organizational goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the organization's visibility and outreach.

Draft and edit high-quality content for various communication channels, including newsletters, press releases, and social media.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create engaging narratives that highlight key initiatives and achievements.

Monitor media coverage and analyze public sentiment to inform communication tactics and identify potential issues.

Manage the organization's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
