Position Summary:

Responsible for daily and monthly accounting of crude oil, terminal, and pipeline inventory in Logistics Operations. Locate and analyze data for discrepancies and for payment to lease holder related to crude purchases. Coordinates with various departments and field personnel to ensure accuracy in ticketing and reporting.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to the following):

* Perform and reconcile daily inventory of all CountryMark's facilities that include crude stations, riverdock and pipeline terminals.

* Responsible for volume over and short explanations and resolving issues with the field.

* Ability to problem solve outstanding issues by working with various departments and external parties.

* Manage and maintain inventory software.

* Account for accuracy of ticketing by field personnel.

* Accountable for investigating and resolving ticketing issues and discrepancies and communicate/follow up to Supervisor.

* Manage and maintain operator accounts, reports and data requests.

* Manage changes to properties, tanks and operator files (including stock tanks, meters, proving reports).

* Maintaining database of leases/gauger fields and observing areas of departmental improvement to streamline inefficiencies and communicate to Supervisor.

* Obtain and allocate monthly participation factors for commingled units.

* Complete and submit monthly EIA and IHS reports involving crude purchases/storage meeting regulatory requirements.

* Prepare and reconcile total crude purchases to prepare for monthly crude oil payments within deadline defined by accounting.

* Complete all monthly volume accounting reports accurately and timely.

* Account for and resolve any monthly inventory discrepancies.

* Post tank and pipeline movements of Illinois basin and external crude in accounting software.

* Provide support and assistance in data gathering and analysis for operational projects while working with various internal and external stakeholders.

* Perform various other duties and activities as assigned within the physical constraints of the job.

* Understand and comply with all safely and environmental requirements and company policies of CountryMark.

Job Qualifications (refers to job, not incumbent):

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or a related degree is required.

Three to five years of position specific experience is required. Experience within or general understanding of the midstream oil and gas industry is preferred.

Licenses, Certifications or Registrations:

Employee must have a valid driver's license if operating a company vehicle or their own vehicle for work purposes.

Other:

* SME in WolfePak Mobile and highly knowledgeable in WolfePak ERP software systems.

* Familiar with terminal fuel rack sales system software and operation.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to interact effectively with various levels of staff and management.

* Strong organization and time management skills.

* Excellent organizational skills and pays attention to details.

* Ability to independently develop solutions to problems/challenges as they arise.

* Excel in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment.

* Knowledge of office terminology, procedures, equipment, and business mathematics.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform.

* Work well in an individual and team environment.
