Job Description:

Design, develop, and implement robotic automation solutions for manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Develop and maintain documentation for robotic systems and processes.

Optimize and maintain the production line to ensure maximum uptime and throughput, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Work closely with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in robotics, automation, or a related field, with a focus on high-volume, low-mix manufacturing environments.

Experience with machine tending and automation of manual stations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Experience with other industrial robots and automation systems.
