Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Project Manager to lead our commercial interiors projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial sales, particularly in flooring sales, and will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee commercial interiors projects from initial contact through to project completion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with design teams to create functional and aesthetic interior spaces that meet client specifications.
Prepare and present project proposals, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track and within budget.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients regarding project status and any changes to scope.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the flooring industry.
Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
