Position Overview
The General Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality output. The role requires strong leadership and strategic planning abilities to drive the company's growth in the steel manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance production efficiency and quality in steel manufacturing.
Lead and mentor department managers to achieve operational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Coordinate with material suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
Qualifications.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in steel fabrication and design.
Proven track record of leading teams and managing production processes in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of material supply chain and inventory management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
